SHIPPING TIMES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders are processed and shipped to you within approximately 3 to 10 business days from order placement, except for "Specialty Items" (fragile, heavy or bulky items) which are set out in the following sections. 

Once processed you will receive a tracking reference so you can follow the progress of your order. 

Please feel free to contact us if you would like your order to be "Express Shipped" and we can happily assist in providing you with any additional costs.  

Please keep in mind that some delays may be beyond ALM’s control such as public holidays, delivery to remote or difficult access locations, international shipments or third-party provider caused delays. ALM will endeavour to notify you if there will be any known delays to these shipping durations.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our store, please contact us via email at hello@alittlemorocco.com.au to discuss shipping options and availability. 

"Specialty Items" (fragile, heavy or bulky items) may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items should not pose a problem.  We are happy to provide you with a quote.

FREE AND FLATRATE SHIPPING

For orders within Australia, ALM provide a flatrate shipping fee of $15 for single orders up to $200 and free shipping on orders over $200, excluding those items and locations as described in the following sections titled "ITEMS EXEMPT FROM FREE OR STANDARD SHIPPING" and "LOCATIONS EXEMPT FROM FREE OR STANDARD SHIPPING".

ALM also offers free collection from our Brisbane warehouse, or can assist in providing a shipping quote email hello@alittlemorocco.com.au.

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM FREE OR STANDARD SHIPPING

Bulky, heavy and delicate items including, but not limited to; tiles, large or heavy furniture and some lighting (these are defined as “Specialty Items”).  

  1. These items will be marked as “Click and Collect” in the Product Description of the respective items.  The “Click and Collect” option means you may collect these items free of charge from the ALM warehouse in Brisbane, by appointment. 
  2. For "Specialty Items" ALM can assist you to provide a quote by an independent courier company.
  3. To avoid disappointment, you may wish to purchase the item prior to confirming shipping. If you prefer to have shipping costs calculated prior to placing an order, you can send ALM an enquiry email requesting assistance for quoting on shipping prior to purchase.  Please contact ALM at hello@alittlemorocco.com.au or call us on (+61) 411 381 000.
  4. Please keep in mind that the holding of unpurchased items pending shipping quote confirmation, is not possible.  However, ALM will endeavour to process all shipping quotes as swiftly as possible.

LOCATIONS EXEMPT FROM FREE OR STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery of any items to remote or access limited areas including outside of metropolitan cities of Australia, land locked locations such as sea or air accessed only islands and also international locations, are exempt from free shipping offers and standard delivery rates, and will require the following:  

  1. If you believe you live in a remote location or are unsure if you qualify for free or standard shipping, please feel free to send ALM an email to confirm.
  2. If you have completed purchase of an item(s) and are notified that you do not qualify for free shipping, ALM may cancel and refund the purchase.  Or likewise, coordinate with the buyer to quote for and apply additional fees for shipping to these locations as agreed.
  3. Please keep in mind that the holding of unpurchased items pending shipping quote confirmation, is not possible.  However, ALM will endeavour to process all shipping quotes as swiftly as possible.

UNAVAILABLE ITEMS DISCLAIMER

Whilst ALM make every effort to ensure that the item(s) advertised are available and current, it is sometimes beyond ALM’s control if for whatever reason the purchased item(s) are no longer available.  If ALM is unable to deliver to the Buyer the purchased item(s) within their reasonable ability.  Then as soon as able, ALM will offer the Buyer an exchange or refund for the same value of the original purchased item(s).
